NNG is seeking an Android Developer to join our Budapest-based department.

What would be your responsibilities?
- Design, develop, test and optimize Android-based applications and system components for automotive cockpit systems
- Work on HMI components with designers and other embedded engineers
- Support integration with vehicle middleware and hardware on Android Automotive OS
- Collaborate with other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless functionality and compliance with automotive standards

The ideal candidate should possess the following
- 5+ years experiences in Android HMI developments
- 2+ years Kotlin development experiences
- Deep knowledge in MVVM, Lifecycle of Android components, Widget, Services, Fragments, XML layouts, handling Themes, Gradle build system, etc.
- Good verbal and written English
- Works independently, but provides updates on progress or any challenges encountered
- Open to supporting less experienced colleagues with strong mentoring skills.
- Proactivity to solve problems
- MS Teams, Jira, Confluence and Bitbucket/Git usage experiences
