We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Budapest-based Project Management team—someone who doesn’t just understand technology but thrives on the responsibility of steering projects to a successful finish line.

What is Your Mission?
From planning through execution, you’ll own the entire project lifecycle. You’ll serve as the bridge between our customers and developers, translating complex needs into actionable solutions and driving every project toward a successful finish.
In your day-to-day, you can count on:
- Connecting the Dots: You’ll coordinate local software developers and QA experts during our automotive customer projects.
- Building Relationships: You’ll be the main point of contact for everyone—from internal teams to external suppliers and customers.
- Planning and Leading: You’ll set up and run meetings where you make sure responsibilities, actions, and deadlines are crystal clear for everyone.
- Seeing the Future: You’ll spot risks early on and don’t just raise red flags—you bring solutions to the table to keep us on track.
- Using Data: You’ll track project performance and budgets, using data to show exactly where we stand.
- Improving the Game: You’ll lead your project team in following best practices and feel empowered to drive improvements across the entire business.

You're the One We're Looking For If You Have:
- At least 2 years of IT-related experience as a project coordinator or manager
- Experience working with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
- Solution-oriented mindset and are comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency with task management and collaboration platforms like Jira, Confluence, MS Teams, and the MS365 suite
- Excellent communication skills in English (Chinese is a strong advantage)
- Positive, proactive attitude and the ability to motivate cross-functional teams even in challenging situations
