Coordinate daily facility operations and maintenance activities
Handle maintenance requests and oversee repair work
Manage and track tasks in ticketing systems (e.g. JIRA)
Coordinate external vendors and service providers
Support inventory tracking and asset management
Assist with office logistics, storage, and equipment handling
Support office moves, workspace setup, and minor technical fixes
Participate in office improvement and refurbishment projects
Manage access control and support safety procedures
Assist in organizing internal events and meeting room setups
Work closely with the Facility Supervisor/Manager and internal stakeholders
Experience in facility management, administration, or coordination roles
Strong organizational and communication skills
Attention to detail and structured way of working
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic technical knowledge
Experience with ticketing systems (e.g. JIRA)
Experience in vendor coordination
Part-time position with flexible, hybrid working
